Suggestions for a £5000 wedding budget?

My partner and I would love to be able to have an inexpensive wedding, focusing on sharing the day with our family rather than extravagance.
Most people suggest cutting the guest list, however we have a rather large family between us and are very keen to have everyone there.
If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated!
Also, we live around the Newcastle/Gateshead area so specific venues etc would be great.
N.B this budget doesn't include our honeymoon!
